ZS288 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZS288 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at zs288.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it.

ZS288 operates as an English-language online gaming information and service platform primarily targeting users in Pakistan. By accessing, registering on or otherwise using the ZS288 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and not attempt to register an account.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an account on ZS288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age requirement stipulated by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18+ does not constitute proof that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director or officer of ZS288 or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing.
• You must not be registered on any applicable self-exclusion list or otherwise have restricted access to gambling platforms.

All Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You warrant that all information submitted during and after registration is truthful and you agree to update your account details promptly if they change.

ZS288 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, upon detection of suspicious activity or where required by compliance obligations. Typical documentation may include:

• Identity Document: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. The document must be current, unaltered and legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government-issued document confirming your residential address (typically within the last three months), where required by the operator.
• Selfie / Liveness Verification: A real-time photograph or short liveness check confirming you are the account holder and matching the submitted identity document.
• Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the origin of funds deposited into your account, where required for AML compliance.

Documents must be submitted only through the platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must never submit documents through unencrypted channels, unofficial contact addresses or third-party services. Submitting altered, falsified or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with Applicable Law, ZS288 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Users agree to use the platform in accordance with the following conditions:

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or Applicable Law.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure or any associated systems or networks.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or any non-human access mechanisms to interact with the platform unless expressly authorised in writing by ZS288.
• You will not engage in any activity designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage.
• You will ensure that your account credentials remain confidential and that no third party accesses your account on your behalf.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that ZS288 makes no guarantee of winnings, return on wagers or profitability.

The platform and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ZS288 does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Deposits to your ZS288 account are subject to the following general conditions. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits, supported payment methods and applicable processing times are set out in the operator's current Payments Policy page, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• All funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ZS288 displays account balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Payment rails commonly used in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as contextual examples only. Their availability as deposit channels depends on the operator's current integrations and compliance posture. These references do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with any of those providers.
• ZS288 does not charge deposit fees directly; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or charges.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are flagged by anti-fraud or AML systems may be held pending investigation.
• ZS288 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion without explanation if required by compliance obligations.

Withdrawal of funds from your ZS288 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed all required KYC verification steps before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• Withdrawal requests will be reviewed for compliance with AML/CTF obligations. Processing times vary by method and individual circumstances and are not guaranteed to meet specific timeframes.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• ZS288 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds applicable thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals in PKR are processed through available payment channels at the prevailing applicable rate. Currency conversion charges may apply where relevant.

ZS288 does not guarantee withdrawal speeds and explicitly advises that references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah as payment rail examples do not constitute a guarantee that those providers support gambling-related transactions. Users must verify current method availability independently.

ZS288 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms attached to each Promotion at the time of offer.

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Users only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual Promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual Promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be wagered in a specific order as described in individual Promotion terms. Generally, real-money funds are applied to wagers before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before the applicable wagering requirement is met or if you breach these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available once per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Circumventing this restriction through any means is a Prohibited Activity.
• ZS288 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations.
• All bonus amounts referenced in marketing materials, including migration bonus examples (e.g., "up to PKR 10,000"), are illustrative and subject to current published terms at the time of application.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZS288 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. ZS288 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to void associated funds and to report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or through the use of another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information or falsifying identity documents during the KYC process.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any financially fraudulent activity, including through structured deposits designed to conceal the source of funds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any form of mechanical aid to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors or glitches in games or odds presentation to secure an advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Charging back, reversing or disputing any deposit transaction after funds have been wagered, except where legally entitled to do so under applicable consumer protection law.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or causes harm to other Users.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, data compilations and other materials available on the ZS288 platform ("Platform Content") are the property of ZS288 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence in relation to Platform Content beyond the limited personal access right described in Section 5. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written consent from ZS288.

The ZS288 name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of ZS288. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ZS288 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Losses arising from network failures, internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service interruptions.
• Decisions made in reliance on information presented on the platform, including odds, game mechanics or payment context.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, it being understood that gambling involves inherent financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ZS288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity theft involving the account.
• Compliance requirements, including requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• At the User's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling measure.

Upon termination for breach, ZS288 may void any remaining bonus funds and, where fraud is established, may withhold verified real-money balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the User's own request and no breach has occurred, verified real-money funds may be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal conditions in Section 7.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's registration and licensing jurisdiction. Users access the platform from their own jurisdiction at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ZS288 support may be referred to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction or, where available, to an applicable dispute resolution mechanism under the operator's licensing conditions.

ZS288 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of any material change.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

ZS288 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes through on-platform notifications or email communication where contact details are held. However, it remains the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

ZS288 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Users with the tools and information necessary to manage their gambling activity safely.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to help manage risk.
• Session Limits & Reality Checks: Time-based session reminders and configurable session limits are available.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and platform access is restricted during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A shorter temporary pause from gaming activity, available for Users who wish to take a break without permanent exclusion.
